Completed rehabilitation of traditional hafir water catchment in Chukudum. Capacity increased to 50,000 liters, benefiting 120 Didinga households.

Week-long training on soil conservation, mulching, and water management for 62 farmers. Emphasized techniques suitable for Budi's dry climate.

Established savings and lending group for 38 Didinga women farmers. Initial contributions total 145,000 SSP for collective investment.

Distributed 60 breeding goats to vulnerable households in Budi. Recipients received animal husbandry training and will pass on offspring to others.
