Installation of 20,000-liter rainwater harvesting tank at Ikotos Girls Primary School. Will serve school garden and provide drinking water for 380 students.

Completed rehabilitation of community shallow well in Kamulach boma. Now provides year-round water for 85 households and their livestock.

Formation and training of 12-member women's water management committee. Topics included water quality testing, maintenance, and conflict resolution.

Established demonstration plot using drip irrigation for vegetable production. 45 farmers observed water-saving benefits and improved yields.
